Description

American Traveler is hiring an Oncology RN for an infusion center role requiring MD or compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of oncology/infusion experience.

Details

  • Oncology infusion center setting connected to an oncology urgent care for add-on patients or provider assessments
  • Administers chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products
  • Patient ratio of 1:6-7
  • Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Every other weekend required
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Floating required within specialty and acuity level
  • Uses EPIC charting system

Requirements

  • Active MD or compact RN license required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • ONS or ONCC chemotherapy certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Strong oncology and infusion experience required

  • First-time travelers accepted with strong oncology/infusion experience
