Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for an OB/GYN, MFM, GYN and Women's Health outpatient setting requiring RDMS (OB/GYN) certification and 1+ years of experience.

Details

  • Outpatient OB/GYN, MFM, GYN and Women's Health setting
  • Adult female patient population
  • Performs transvaginal and transabdominal scans, generally quick and limited in scope
  • Some OR sonography including hysteroscopies and D&Cs
  • Monday through Friday day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements

  • RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required
  • License required if applicable
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required
  • RDMS (AB) certification preferred
  • Fertility experience preferred
  • Experience creating ultrasound reports preferred
  • Must successfully complete a first-day scanning assessment to confirm technique, expertise, and image quality
  • Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Fertility experience is a plus
  • Scrubs of any color are acceptable as long as they match
  • Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate
  • Returning employees with prior history at this health system may be subject to an eligibility review process
