Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Ambulatory Oncology infusion position requiring 2 years of infusion experience and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Ambulatory Oncology setting focused on chemotherapy infusion administration
- Patient ratio of 1:8
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- No floating required
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand
- BLS certification required
- Chemotherapy certification not required, but must pass a chemotherapy test and demonstrate competency in administration
- Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies to oncology patients in an ambulatory setting
- Blue scrubs required
- Former permanent employees may return 12 months after their last shift worked
