Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a night shift position at a Critical Access Hospital, requiring 2+ years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience and a NH or compact RN license.

Details

• Critical Access Hospital offering Medical, Surgical, ICU, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Mental Health services
• Med Surg unit with Telemetry patient population
• Night shift, 3x12hr shifts, 7p-7a, 36hrs/week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience required
• Med Surg or Med Surg/Tele skills checklist required
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required

Additional Information

• Previous travel experience preferred
• Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility for consideration
• Housing availability in the area can be limited, so early planning is recommended
• RTO requests should be limited to 3-5 days
