Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Oncology for an outpatient infusion services role requiring a PA or compact license and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.

Details

  • Outpatient oncology setting with 42 beds and an average of 160 appointments per day
  • Performs Mediport access, PICC line dressing changes, chemo and biotherapy administration, PRBC transfusions, SQ and IM injections, and foley insertion/removal
  • Schedule is a mix of 8 or 12 hour shifts, to be discussed during interview
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active PA or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
  • PA fingerprints required

Additional Information

  • Provides direct patient care including vascular access, chemotherapy administration, and related infusion procedures
  • Tobacco-free campus with a substance abuse/drug-free workplace policy
