Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 1+ years of experience and ARRT(N) or CNMT certification for a day-shift hospital assignment.

Details

Nuclear Medicine department in a hospital setting
Uses Siemens imaging equipment
5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekends or call required
Facility closed on major holidays, open the day before and after if they fall on a weekday

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine
ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required, license required if applicable
Epic EMR experience required
Experience drawing venous blood, starting and maintaining IVs
Experience with isolation precautions and PPE
Experience storing, handling, and disposing of radioactive materials
Lead apron experience

Additional Information

First-time travelers accepted
Black scrubs required
Candidates must be clean-shaven to ensure proper mask seal for respirator fit testing, as CAPRs/PAPRs are not provided and personal units are not permitted, with no medical or religious exemptions
Candidates residing within 70 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted for this position
