Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift hospital position requiring at least one year of Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license, Ohio or compact state, in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients during night shift
• Expected to work every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with up to two attempts to pass
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Candidates with any background check hits or license hits will not be accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
