Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with 2+ years of IR and Cath Lab/EP/Structural Heart/PV/Vascular experience for a day-shift contract requiring IL licensure.
Details
- Radiology department Cath Lab setting
- 10-hour day shifts from 07:00-17:30
- Floating required on an as-needed basis
- Weekend call rotation required
- Holiday call rotation required
- On-call requirement of 7-8 days per month with a 45-minute maximum callback response time
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- IL IEMA certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart preferred; American Red Cross accepted for BLS)
- Minimum 2 years of IR experience required
- Cath Lab, EP, Structural Heart, PV, or Vascular experience required
- Structural Heart experience highly preferred
- Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history
- New graduates will not be considered
- Two current professional references from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge in the relevant area within the last year required
- A travel reference is preferred
Additional Information
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Returning permanent or per diem staff must be separated from employment for 12 months before being considered as a traveler
- RTO maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts
