Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry Unit position requiring a KS or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details
- 13-week assignment in a Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
- Works every other weekend with no on-call requirements
- May float to similar units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
- Uses Cerner OneChart EHR system
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
- Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care within a telemetry monitoring environment
- Ceil blue scrubs required as part of dress code
- Candidates should reside within the facility's designated radius to qualify for full travel rate
- Local candidates are welcome but may receive a reduced rate based on proximity to the facility
