Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN with combined adult/pediatric trauma experience and travel assignment background for a night shift position.

Details

Combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Department setting
Patient ratios of 1:4
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Every other weekend shift required
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Active RN license (Standard or Compact), MD or compact license required
Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
Combined adult/pediatric ER experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, CPI
TNCC certification preferred
Experience with ICP monitoring preferred
Triage skills preferred
Two professional references required for consideration
PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide emergency care across general and neurological patient populations
Complete pre-start and annual training modules averaging 4-6 hours, tracked through the facility's Net Learning portal
