Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for Mother Baby/Nursery with required AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certifications for a 7PM-7AM night shift assignment.

Details

• Work in the Mother Baby/Nursery unit (2 W OBGYN)
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) with no expiration within first 30 days of start
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification (intermediate or advanced) or NCCEFM required
• NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Mother Baby/Nursery specialty required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns in the Mother/Baby and Nursery setting
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• No local candidates will be considered under any circumstances
