Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with Step-Down experience for a 13-week contract requiring an OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Rotating day (7:00-19:00) and night (19:00-7:00) shifts on a 3x12 schedule, alternating weekly between days and nights
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Will float to ICU/Step-Down unit as needed
• AllScripts charting experience preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license (OH or Compact) in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required prior to start
• AHA certifications required, RQI certifications accepted
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Step-Down unit experience required for floating
• Two recent professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
