Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an SSSU/PACU position requiring strong skills across Pre, Post, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy and Infusion areas.

Details

Work in the Outpatient Services area of a hospital setting, including Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, and Pre-operative Clinic
Provide perioperative nursing care across Pre, Post, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy and Infusion areas
Schedule consists of 4 10-hour day shifts with a variable schedule
Shared on-call rotation required for PACU coverage
Floating required across the entire Outpatient Services area

Requirements

Active WA or compact RN license required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum of 2 years SSSU/PACU/Pre/Post experience required

Additional Information

Provide peri-operative education and care while recognizing post anesthesia and post-operative complications
Support conscious sedation needs for special procedures throughout the hospital
