Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring 1+ year of recent home health experience and HCHB EMR proficiency.

Details

Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekend shifts or on-call requirements
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
Uses HCHB EMR system

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
Current BLS certification required
Oasis experience required
HCHB EMR experience preferred
California license required if applicable
Must meet weekly productivity point requirements to qualify for guaranteed hours

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
Traveler must be flexible with territory assignments within the service area
Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted
iPad provided for documentation purposes
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Timely communication and documentation expected
