Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient ortho/neuro acute care setting, open to new graduates.

Details

• Outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and neurologic patient populations
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment
• 1:1 therapy patient ratio
• Primarily works at Swain location with floating to Harris Regional Hospital
• Uses Redoc EHR for outpatient documentation
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred; new graduates accepted
• Ortho/neuro experience required
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Active and unencumbered state license required at time of submission

Additional Information

• 86-bed acute care facility offering orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, and emergency medicine service lines
• Open to first-time travelers
• Candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Local candidates may be considered at the local pay rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
