Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of experience and a valid Maine PT license.

Details

Home health setting with Coastal Physical Therapy unit
Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekends and compensatory days off
No call requirements
Uses Epic EMR
25-mile float policy between facilities as needed

Requirements

Valid Maine Physical Therapy license required if applicable
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
Home care experience preferred
Driver's license required for consideration
2 professional references required

Additional Information

Primary responsibilities include providing physical therapy services in patients' homes
Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage prohibited while on duty
RTO should be minimized, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility may be considered local and are not eligible for renewals or extensions
