Description

American Traveler is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with Lymphedema certification for a 13-week assignment with no call or weekend shifts.

Details

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting treating adult patients
• Day shift schedule, either 4x10 or 5x8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
• No call or weekend shifts required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active Lymphedema certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minnesota PT license required (pending licensure accepted); license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
• Candidates must complete required lab work and Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract
• Fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with none allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
• All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved at the time of consideration
• Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler
