Description

American Traveler is seeking an Adult Outpatient Physical Therapist with Lymphedema certification for a day-shift assignment with no call or weekend requirements.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting
Day shift schedule, either 4x10 or 5x8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
No call or weekend shifts required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Current Lymphedema certification required
BLS certification required
Minnesota PT license required (pending license accepted)
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract
Minnesota fingerprinting via Livescan required in person on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date, applicable to all candidates regardless of residency
Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted
Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler
Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved prior to start
