Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for an orthopedic clinic setting, open to new graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Details
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Cerner charting system experience required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- MD license required if applicable
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Experience with assessment, documentation, and modalities such as cervical/lumbar traction, cryotherapy, e-stim, moist heat, and ultrasound
- Skilled in use of assistive devices including crutches, gait belt, walkers, shoulder slings, and traction table
Additional Information
- Treats orthopedic and sports medicine patient populations, including post-op joint and spinal surgery cases
- Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, home exercise programs, and patient/family education
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
