Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room - General position requiring circulating skills and multi-specialty surgical experience including Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro.
Details
- Ambulatory Surgery Center setting within a tertiary teaching hospital
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- Hospital-provided scrubs
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required at time of submission
- Compact license not accepted
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of RN OR and ENDO experience required
- Must be able to circulate independently
- Experience required in Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro surgical specialties
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
Additional Information
- Deliver quality nursing care through application of the nursing process
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards
- Follow medical center policies and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
- No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
