Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a High Risk OB unit, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.
Details
- Work in the High Risk OB department of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 6-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) required, must be intermediate or advanced, or NCCEFM
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) card, Advanced 9th Edition, from the American Academy of Pediatrics
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in High Risk OB
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- First-time travelers may be considered if they meet experience requirements
