Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring a minimum of 3 years RN experience and NH or compact licensure.

Details

Small 3-bed ICU with low acuity patient population
Common diagnoses include sepsis, DKA, respiratory distress, and afib
12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week
May be floated to Med-Surg when ICU census is low
Uses Oracle EMR system
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active RN license (NH or Compact) currently in hand
Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN required
Critical care experience highly preferred
Stepdown/PCU or strong Med-Surg experience will be considered
Must be willing and able to precept

Additional Information

Candidates must live within a 100-mile radius for consideration, with a reduced local rate applying for those within 50-100 miles
First-time travelers may be considered if they have ideal experience
