Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring strong ortho and CVOR experience along with an active GA or Compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the hospital's Operating Room unit
- AM shift schedule
- 13-week travel assignment
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
- Minimum 18 months of recent RN experience required
- Strong orthopedic surgical experience required
- CVOR RNs must have 18 months minimum full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
- CVOR candidates must have proficiency rated 3 or 4 in cardiac and vascular procedures with strong endovascular experience
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible unless a radius waiver is noted
- Former Emory employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday request is permitted per assignment
- Candidates may only be submitted to one open position at a time
