Description

American Traveler is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience and an active IL PT license for a rehabilitation setting on a hospital campus.

Details

Outpatient rehabilitation setting located on the main hospital campus
Night shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
Floating within scope to other like units may be required
Cerner experience strongly preferred

Requirements

Active IL Physical Therapy license required if applicable
Graduate of an accredited PT program
BLS certification required (AHA only)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient rehabilitation
2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

Does not accept local candidates; must have a verifiable address at least 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions
RTO must be submitted with candidate profile
