Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 16-week assignment requiring MA PT licensure and Cerner EMR experience.
Details
- Hospital-based physical therapy department setting
- 5x8-hour shifts, 40 expected weekly hours
- Shift begins at 18:30
- Must be open to working any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
Requirements
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in EMR experience and employment history
- Must meet required experience listed for the position
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Social Security Number required for consideration (last 4 digits acceptable)
- Date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius or accept local candidate rate depending on market
- Open to candidates who have previously worked at this health system as permanent staff or travelers, subject to approval
- Requested time off should be kept to less than 7 days
- Change of staffing agency is not permitted once engaged with this facility
