Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a Stroke Unit night shift position requiring NIHSS certification and stroke care experience.

Details

• Med/Surg unit (2S Stroke Unit) within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active FL state or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Recent stroke unit experience required
• AHCA background check required for all FL travelers
• No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start

Additional Information

• Gray or teal scrubs required
• Must not have gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
