Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Ambulatory Oncology Infusion position requiring 2 years of infusion experience and chemotherapy competency testing.

Ambulatory oncology infusion center setting
Patient ratio of 1:8
Uses Epic EMR
Day shift schedule from 8:00am to 5:30pm
No floating required
No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements
Blue scrubs required

Requirements

Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand
BLS certification required
Chemotherapy certification not required, but must pass a chemotherapy test and demonstrate competency in administration
Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
Ambulatory oncology experience required
Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

Administer infusion therapy to ambulatory oncology patients
Must reside within a 50-mile radius, though local candidates are accepted at a lower rate
Returning permanent employees may be considered 12 months after their last shift worked
