Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift contract requiring MD or compact RN license and ACLS/CPI/NIHSS certifications.
Details
- Medical Surgical unit with 30 beds and an average daily census of 28
- Adult to geriatric patient population
- Patient ratio of 1:5-6
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (20:00-08:30)
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required within specialty
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (Maryland state or compact) required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS
- Med/Surg nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Provide direct medical surgical nursing care to an adult and geriatric patient population
- Navy scrub color required
- Holiday coverage required as holidays fall per schedule
