Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment in Seattle, WA, requiring an active PT license and setting experience.

- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Seattle, WA
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
- Uses InSync EMR system
Requirements
- Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
- WA and AK allow candidates to work on a compact license, though a full state license must be acquired while on assignment
- Experience in the relevant practice setting required
- One professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Equipment will be provided during interview
- Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day
- Lunch is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
- Candidates with prior perm/PRN history at this facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible for rehire
- Candidates with prior traveler history at this facility should have eligibility verified before consideration
