Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Endoscopy position requiring ACLS certification and prior endoscopy or RN/Endo Tech experience.
Details
- Endoscopy unit setting with 4 beds
- Day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with possible flexibility
- Call requirements include weekday coverage 2:30 PM-6:00 AM and weekend coverage 6:00 AM-6:00 AM, typically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday together
- Uses Cerner and Provasion EMR systems
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (TN or compact) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- 1+ years of recent RN experience in Endoscopy required
- Experience in both RN and Endo Tech roles preferred
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Hospital provides scrubs for the unit
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
- Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
- First-time travelers may be considered if they meet experience requirements
