Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1-2 years of experience and an active MD PT license (license required if applicable).
Details
- Home Health setting covering Lower Montgomery and upper to mid Prince George's counties
- Adult patient population with a caseload of 6-7 visits per day
- Schedule is 5x8s, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Open to accommodating a block schedule, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Active MD PT state license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of recent experience required
- Adult health care experience required
- Must be willing to float within scope of practice as needed
- Candidates must be nicotine-free; a positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation
- Two supervisor references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Preferred experience includes cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, and orthopedic patient populations
- Open to first-time travelers
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate with no mile radius rule
- RTO limited to one request
- Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year to be eligible
