Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring 2 years of ICU experience and ACLS/BLS certification.

Details

• Work in an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU with cardiac catheterization support
• Adult patient population (18 years and older) with critical care diagnoses
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Uses IV pumps and ventilators
• Meditech EHR system
• Night shift schedule (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) on a 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required
• Call requirements apply
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (AR or compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA required)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Required education: RN
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
