Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an outpatient imaging center, requiring ARRT (MR) certification and 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting
- Adult and occasional pediatric patient population
- Equipment includes GE 1.5T and Siemens 3T MRI scanners
- Uses Epic and PACS systems
- Day shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Requirements
- NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
- R.T. (R)(MR) (ARRT) certification required
- NYS IV/Injection Certification required, or candidate must be actively pursuing certification with physician skills sign-off completed on-site
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- 1+ years of travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Black scrubs required
- Local candidates accepted within 60 miles at a reduced rate
- Two professional references from a manager or above required, reflecting standard or above-average performance within the past year
- Candidates with prior work history at Northwell Health facilities may experience an extended review and submission process
