Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool position requiring MA licensure and telemetry experience across multiple units.

Details

• Float pool role covering multiple Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7:30p
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Requires ability to adapt quickly across 5 different Med/Surg/Tele units
• Must independently read telemetry strips and pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with 84% or better (2 attempts allowed)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• 2+ years recent acute care experience required
• 3-5 years previous float experience preferred
• Meditech IV experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Telemetry experience required

Additional Information

• No extended RTO permitted, with most Fridays required
• No specific schedule requests accommodated
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local
