Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring recent Level 3/4 trauma center experience and telemetry proficiency.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7:30p, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience required
• Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
• Must pass a facility Telemetry Test on Day 1 with a score of 84% or higher
• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred

• Deliver emergency nursing care within a high-acuity trauma center environment
• First-time travelers may be considered if they meet the required experience and certification criteria
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a local rate
