Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an ICU/Med-Surg position requiring 2+ years of experience and a ND or compact RN license.

Details

Acute care setting in a combined ICU/Med-Surg unit
12-hour shifts rotating between day and night
Generally scheduled every third weekend
Uses Epic EMR and Omnicell medication system
Performs dressing changes, ventilator management, and IV starts
Utilizes Space Labs monitoring equipment

Requirements

Active RN license (ND or compact) required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
2-3+ years of relevant experience required
Epic EMR experience preferred
2019 flu shot documentation required
Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Provides direct patient care including dressing changes, ventilator management, and IV insertion in a combined ICU/Med-Surg setting
Required training modules must be completed prior to starting the assignment
Accepts local candidates
Travelers with prior employment at this facility must disclose it during consideration
