Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position in a small Critical Access Hospital requiring 2+ years of ED experience and an IN or compact RN license.

Details

• 8-bed emergency department within a Critical Access Hospital
• 13-week assignment with night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS (must be AHA)
• TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Ascension CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required, updated every 2 years
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide emergency and trauma care within a critical access hospital setting
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by state
• Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager at least 45 days before the end date
