Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Telemetry RN for a Med Surg Unit position requiring SD or compact RN license and ACLS certification.
Details
- Work in the Med Surg Unit of a hospital environment
- May be asked to care for pediatric patients if experienced with that population
- Night shift (12-hour shifts)
- Required to work every other weekend and holiday
- 13-week assignment at 36 hours per week
Requirements
- Active RN license (SD or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Telemetry nursing experience required
- Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations accepted; religious declinations subject to facility review
Additional Information
- Provide telemetry nursing care within a med surg unit setting
- No previous permanent employment with Avera Health or Sanford Health allowed
- Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not accommodated
