Description
American Traveler is hiring a PET-CT Technologist to assist the full-time tech with 2+ years of recent dual-modality experience on Siemens Biograph PET and Siemens Symbia Nuclear Med scanners.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Uses Siemens Biograph PET Scanner and Siemens Symbia Nuclear Med Scanner
- Works alongside and assists the full-time technologist
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PET-CT
- AHA BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Radiologic Technology program
- CNMT or PET certification through NMTCB, or registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist through ARRT
- Advanced certification in Computed Tomography through ARRT or NMTCB
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Scrub color is open/any
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested after
