Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience and Epic proficiency for an orthopedic clinic setting.
Details
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic open Monday-Friday 7a-6p (7a-5:30p on Fridays)
- Schedule options of 4x10 or 5x8 hour shifts based on candidate preference
- No weekend or holiday requirements, with Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off (clinic works Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve)
- Patient population includes total joint replacements, ACL repairs, RC repairs, OA, RA, sprains/strains, and other orthopedic conditions
- Team of 23 therapists working closely with referring physicians, many located in the same building
- Specialty skills utilized include dry needling, orthotic fitting, vestibular therapy, running assessments, bike fittings, concussion rehabilitation, and BFR
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- WI state license required; license required if applicable, pending license may be considered
- Sports medicine experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Experience with modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, TENS, and traction
