Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level III NICU experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.

Details

• Respiratory Care unit at a hospital
• Day shift schedule, 07:00-19:30
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend and holiday commitment required
• May float to general pediatrics, PICU, adult ICU, emergency department, and medical surgical units

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Level III NICU experience required
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional references required
• Copy of driver's license required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care services across neonatal, pediatric, and adult patient populations
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary respiratory care team
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply affecting pay rate
• Candidates should begin discussing extension options with their manager at least 45 days before assignment end date
