5x8 hour day shifts, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements

Current PT license required (if applicable)
Primary license verification required within the last 30 days
NURSYS report within the last 30 days or applicable tech license information required

Additional Information

Two completed professional references from a manager or supervisor within the last 2 years required
