Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Patient ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients
- Day shift (4x12, 7:00-19:00) and Night shift (4x12, 19:00-7:00) schedules available
- Weekend work required, typically every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- No floating between units required for this position
- 48-hour work weeks approved
Requirements
- Active WA state or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Provide emergency nursing care to a variety of patient cases
- Travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state as part of broader system expectations
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Minimal RTO accommodated
