Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU/Telemetry position requiring at least 2 years of experience and the ability to work across ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patient types.

Details

• Acuity adaptable Telemetry Unit caring for ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patients
• 13-week assignment with a 07:00-19:30 shift schedule
• Requires every other weekend and every other holiday coverage
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
• No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Care for a mixed patient population across ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg acuity levels
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate
