Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend-day assignment requiring ARRT/CT and BLS certification.

Details

Clinic setting performing CT scans for diagnostic purposes
Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Cares for patients across all age groups including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations

Requirements

ARRT/CT license required (license required if applicable)
ARRT R certification preferred
Current BLS via AHA required
Fit test required

Additional Information

Perform CT scans with and without contrast within established guidelines
Maintain high standards of patient care during CT scans and assist with patient discharge
Order and maintain stock of imaging supplies
Demonstrate knowledge of safety measures, psychosocial and physical growth/development concepts, medication administration, and pain management appropriate to patient age
Accepts local candidates within a 60 mile radius
RTO requests limited to a maximum of 7 days
Prior permanent employees of the facility are not eligible for this travel position
Candidates with a pending license may be considered
