Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit requiring NY RN licensure and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.

Details

• High-risk labor and delivery unit setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30, alternating days of the week
• May require weekend shifts based on unit staffing needs

Requirements

• Active NY State RN license required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• NCC C-EFM certification required within one year of first assignment with the health system
• Minimum 3 years of current labor and delivery experience required
• Minimum 2 years of high-risk OB experience required, or OR circulating, c-section, and PACU/recovery room experience
• OB triage experience preferred
• Two professional references from previous managers in current discipline/specialty required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk labor and delivery environment
• Candidates residing within 60 miles may be considered local at a reduced rate
