Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Emergency Room position requiring 1+ years of ER experience and an active MI RN license.

Details

Work in a fully equipped Emergency Department with 8 private treatment rooms, 1 trauma bay, and 1 observation bay
Treat a full range of emergency patients including trauma and advanced adult and pediatric life support cases
Floating to Med Surg required as needed
Uses Evident CPS EMR system
Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Required to work every other weekend
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active MI RN license required at time of submission
Compact licenses not accepted
Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS (AHA), TNCC, and ENPC
NIHSS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of ER experience required
Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

Provide emergency care to patients of all ages including trauma and critical cases
Matching scrubs required
Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers and subject to reduced pay rates
No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
