Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1+ year of recent experience and HCHB charting proficiency.

Details

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No on-call requirements
Covers a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory
iPad provided for charting; personal cell phone not required
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience required
Current BLS certification required
License required if applicable
OASIS experience required
HCHB charting system experience required
Must be comfortable with scrub attire (any color, no jeans)

First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates accepted at the standard travel rate
