Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Level II Trauma Center, requiring BLS, ACLS, and NRP or STABLE certification.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center setting within the Respiratory Therapy department
• 383-bed facility
• Uses Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm equipment
• Meditech EMR used
• Shift hours from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• NRP or STABLE certification required
• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the specialty
• License required if applicable
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• ICU experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Grey scrub color designated for Respiratory Therapy staff
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, no exceptions for local candidates
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri placements)
