Description
American Traveler is hiring a School Psychologist for a K-8th grade public charter school setting, offering hybrid scheduling flexibility.
Details
- Work in a K-8th grade school setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x7.5 hours (7:15 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Hybrid position - candidates should share availability for in-person work and intended schedule
- Primary focus on reevaluation planning and evaluations
Requirements
- License required if applicable
- Experience providing behavioral interventions and counseling
- Experience conducting risk assessments
- Experience completing evaluations for IEP and 504 eligibility and services
Additional Information
- Collaborate closely with the district's Special Education Coordinator, school leadership, educators, and support staff
- Support students with diverse learning needs in a public charter school environment
- Access to professional development meetings and support for certification and continuing education
- Required compliance modules must be completed within 30-90 days of start
